If you’re thinking of leaving because you’re unhappy with your services or current package, why not see if we are able to offer something different?

Please be aware that depending on the time left in your contract, you may have to pay an early termination charge in order to leave. It would be worth checking your contract and Hosted Terms and Conditions before coming to a decision.

As a Business customer, all of our contracts are Business Agreements and therefore not governed by the distance selling regulations. It’s always best to contact us if you have any concerns about leaving, we’re sure that we’ll be able to come to a resolution.
